The rule book states apparently the restrictor must be ABKC restrictor (which it was) and another part of the rule book states(unmodified), the scrutineers were aware that engine builders had been de-burring the pressed hole and a decision was made I'm told prior to the first round of S1 that they were illegal, so all S1 runners had the chance to change them, so why didn't the scrtineers make it more known/publicised, rather than take delight in finding one. They also made a comment that they will be taking the cranks off at another race meeting tomorrow, the karts today were stripped down to their heads our second time in 3 races
