Not sure what exactly what your question is, but if your driving is such that you have to cause contact with another kart, or bully them into submission, in the attempt to stay (or get) in front of them, then you are putting the other driver in undue risk of damage, to them and/or the kart, just to finish in front of them for the £5 tin trophy that is forgotten by most only hours after the final presentations were made. We're not driving computer simulators, we're talking flesh and bone in equipment someone owns.
On Sunday, the battle in the first heat between Graeme and Gary W displayed the type of driving that all should aspire to.
