Just to reply to your comment, I think you misread my reply, nowhere did I say the flywheel exploded, the engine just stopped!
Upon inspection it looked like the magnet on the flywheel broke up n caught the coil lugs, then tore off the coil which in turn broke off the posts for the coil bolts. Nothing as dramatic as flywheel exploding!
Costs
1villers gx200 clone on eBay £100 free delivery add £19.95 for copy camshaft = £119.95 plus pulse pump (which u would need for ur Honda engine anyway)
Honda 160 £220 +vat if I remember correctly, so in my book that's almost 100% cheaper! Or another way 2 engines for ur prokart instead of one. And if one blows up in 4 or so months just go n spend another £100....
