Alan maybe it will be a MSA court prosecution held under the national court blue book regs not a civil court action.

said team drivers or builders might have MSA licences and maybe even paid a bond if a sealed engine builder so MSA could prosecute under the blue book regs regarding bringing the sport into disrepute and ban the issue of licences for the team or builder to trade under MSA competition for a length of time 1 year / 5 years or preferably life to send a strong message, but it would need very good proof but I would love to see a test case to signal that the MSA mean business when it comes to cheating.
