Really diificult to find anywhere these days that will let you test due to H&S and associated liabilities!
I remember 25 years ago setting up the boost on my grass track car at the local disused wartime airfield, miles of runway etc. no one bothered you - you bothered no one, now - if the runway hasn't got a tile factory on it or a million cars in storage - it's an active airfield or been dug up!

You could try Fulbeck, you just missed the IKR weekend, next one 18th & 19th April, or you could go next Sat to the MSA weekend there and test on Sat only? They run gearbox there cutting out the first chicane to run a main straight where they get up to about 100mph!
