Are you getting air in both lines or only the one? We had a similar problem, it was found to be the small male/male connector that goes from the rear end of the brake hose to the caliper, one side is a paralell fit(where a taper would have been a tad more profesional.) and the other end. where the hose goes in had been over tightened and split the cone which was not evident when off pressure and laid in your hand. Get your magnifying glass on the case. Find it difficult to understand there is no evident drips of fluid???? Get some clean kitchen wipes and dab under nieth the system giving the cloth a visual between each dab, that should give you some information.
