There are two sizes of roller bearings, the old type was used before the O ring became compulsory.
When using an O ring, the shorter bearing must be used, otherwise you get severe binding.
Do NOT be tempted to leave the nut loose to compensate because you will lose the drum and nut and damage the clutch shoe, if it isn't already spread.
You can check by seeing if the drum will go over the shoe with a little play by fitting it without any of the washers or bearing.
The order on the crankshaft is thin thrust waster, O ring, drum and bearing, outer thicker and smaller washer, even smaller if running an 11 tooth sprocket and nut, preferably with Loctite and torqued to 30Nm
