Thanks for replying.

Driver Representative: the Rules can‘t just name an individual, there needs to be a process for the individual to be selected. The ABkC has not disclosed how it intends that to happen.

It appears to be "Committee Choice" at the moment.

The difference between club members and ABkC members is very clear to me, thanks.

All ABkC "affiliated clubs" (note I am being careful not to use the word "members") were invited to consult their own members as to the major issues that they should put on the annual opportunity to review matters of strategic importance.

I take it that you are perfectly comfortable with the status quo?
