I havent seen this problem as of yet, and it is very common for AIM to not reply, i have had no end of trouble with them over the past 2 months trying to sort out a mychorn 5. iv also had customers have mychron 5s arrive with parts missing.

We were also at Llandow on Sunday and a customer brought his mychorn 5 with him, we couldnt get it to work then we looked at the tracks listed and Llandow was missing. not very good from AIM if a SuperOne status circuit is missing, luckily i had a magnetic pick up snd used that. you can always trust the pick up or IR sensor. Might be worth checking that the circuit you were out is listed on the Mychron5
