Where are you racing??
First thing is to enjoy it. If it is your first race together having fun as a team is probably the most important thing and you will learn loads to try at future races.
For me I run the lightest driver first as it is quicker to take weight off than put it on. I'd also consider having my most experienced driver out first as the pack will be closer together.
Set up will depend on track and chassis but maintenance will be ensuring the set up is correct and hasn't moved in testing, that the chains and srockets are in good condition and properly aligned, check that every nut and bolt is still tight and that your driver has remembered to eat.
