I agree its the PARENTS and TEAM MEMBERS who are responsible for the little s***s behaviour along with the kids themselves NOT the clerks/ marshals.

marshals are looking at 30 karts with 1 pair of eyes, parents are only looking at their own kart so will have a better chance to see any problems and punishing their own kids for doing it.

you wouldn't expect to to be walking down the street with your kid misbehaving and a stranger walk up and tell them off, so why let someone else sort out the punishment on the track....get your backsides in gear and sort it yourselves.....that is of course if you want your kids to behave/ haven't told them to do this sort of thing in the first place.....
